To make your event Carbon Offset, we buy only Climate Friendly event offsets, ranked #1, in the "Carbon Offset Watch" report. These are based on a typical event, and cover a mix of guests driving and the emissions from lighting, cooking and all other electricity use but excluding international flights.

When you select the Organic option, we will use only the best certified organic ingredients as possible, and will happily recommend organic and biodynamic wines for your event.

We are proud to be the first to offer Carbon Neutral, Organic cooking team building. These offerings are the first steps in our sustainability plan, which in the long run includes use of 100% recycled/bio-degradable packaging and cleaning products. To offeset our own emissions, we calculated our carbon footprint for our daily operations for the year 2009, including electricity, tour flights and petrol for the company vehicle, and offset 17.8 tonnes for the period.
