The foundation of Victor’s successful consulting in this area comes from his experience of opening 7 of his own restaurants including several with active bar trade, catering, and a nightclub, and involvement in all aspects of operations. That many of these businesses still operate speaks to his ability to develop successful long-term concepts.
Tawnya Bahr has also run cooking classes, headed up numerous catering events for charity and been involved with menu development. Tawnya works closely with primary producers and has a special interest in food production, quality and integrity.
Retail Food & Beverage
Our key staff have extensive experience in F&B retail. Victor’s Rattlesnake® retail product line launched him into product consulting, including work with importers and distributors considering products for the Australian market and work with primary producers specialising in new products.
Tawnya developed a product range under her own label, The Condiment Connoisseur, and headed up a retail food distribution business with products carried in David Jones, Coles and many boutique outlets. These businesses gave her invaluable experience in all aspects of this industry.
